Return & Exchange Policy

Return Conditions

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • Product must be in original condition and unused
  • Product must be in original packaging with all accessories
  • Original purchase invoice must be included

Non-Returnable Products

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Perishable products (food, opened cosmetics)
  • Underwear and swimwear
  • Digital products and software

Return Process

  1. Contact customer service to request a return
  2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Ship the product with the RMA number
  4. Product will be inspected within 3-5 business days
  5. Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Exchange

You can exchange a product for another of the same value or different value, with payment or refund of the difference.

Shipping Costs

  • For manufacturing defects: We cover shipping costs
  • For change of mind: Customer covers shipping costs
