Return Conditions
- Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Product must be in original condition and unused
- Product must be in original packaging with all accessories
- Original purchase invoice must be included
Non-Returnable Products
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Perishable products (food, opened cosmetics)
- Underwear and swimwear
- Digital products and software
Return Process
- Contact customer service to request a return
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the product with the RMA number
- Product will be inspected within 3-5 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Exchange
You can exchange a product for another of the same value or different value, with payment or refund of the difference.

- For change of mind: Customer covers shipping costs
